Bonnie Powell
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Bonnie is a visionary leader in the energy sector with over twenty years of international experience at the leading edge of energy market transformation. As the first female CEO in RESMAN’s company’s history, Bonnie has steered the company through a rapid period of growth, achieving remarkable milestones at the helm. Prior to joining RESMAN, Bonnie held senior positions with SLB internationally in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, and the United States. Her previous roles span Operations Manager, VP of the Integrated Project Management for the Eastern Hemisphere, VP of Operations and Planning, Global Technology Portfolio Manager, and Regional Manager, among others. Bonnie has a proven track record in global operations management and strategy, driving technology innovation and leading large multinational teams through transformative periods. Bonnie holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Management for the Oil & Gas Industry from the Herriot-Watt University, UK, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) from the Colorado School of Mines, U.S.
Scott Lavoie
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Serving as RESMAN’s Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Scott leads RESMAN’s global commercial operations across all aspects of sales and product delivery. He brings over two decades of international energy experience across upstream operations. His areas of expertise include information technology, data management, analysis & reporting, reservoir engineering, production optimization, service quality, completions and reservoir monitoring in sales, and technical roles across these areas. Before joining RESMAN in 2013, Scott spent over a decade with SLB in North America working in Operations, Technical Sales, Production, and Systems Engineering. Scott is experienced in implementing stringent quality control, QHSE, and compliance standards. He has supported complex operational and technical projects in challenging energy environments, including the world’s first horizontal waterflood regulator system in Anchorage, Alaska. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Alaska Anchorage, and he has several professional certificates including in Petroskills Production Engineering and Operations.
Sven Kristian Hartvig
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO)
As the Cheif Technology Officer (CTO) at RESMAN, Sven leads the company’s New Energy product line including CCS, CCUS, Geothermal, and Hydrogen tracer technology. Sven brings 25 years of experience in the energy industry. Prior to joining RESMAN in 2019, he served as the Chief Operating Officer with Restrack. Sven also held several senior scientific and commercial positions, including that of a Deputy Department Head with the Norwegian Institute for Energy Technology leading operational activities for field projects, R&D for environmentally acceptable tracers and the neutron activation lab. During his tenure there he was the lead manager for the implementation and commercialization of ATD-GC-MS state-of-the-art method for tracer sample analysis in the oil & gas industry. Sven holds both a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry from the University of Oslo. He has several professional certificates and was awarded an IFE communications award. Sven’s contributions to science also include many publications in leading scientific peer-reviewed journals.

Harald Trettenes
Chief Production Officer (CPO)
In his capacity as RESMAN’s Chief Production Officer (CPO), Harald leads the company’s production division and oversees multiple aspects of engineering, tracer production, tracer system manufacturing, laboratory analysis, and supply chain management. In this role, he focuses on fostering team performance and a culture of excellence within the company. Since joining RESMAN in 2013, Harald held multiple global operations and manufacturing senior management roles. Before joining RESMAN in 2013, he worked for over 20 years as a senior officer with the Norwegian Armed Forces where he held a range of strategic, operational and technical leadership roles. Harald’s areas of expertise include industrialization, quality management, productivity enhancement, continuous improvement, and scaling of the company’s operations. Harald has over nine years of academic military education. He holds a Master of Military Science in Strategic Leadership and Business Management from the Norwegian Defense University College.
Marianne Korsnes Vinje
Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO)
Marianne brings two decades of extensive international experience in the oil & gas and energy industries in various roles. In her current role as the Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) with RESMAN, Marianne is responsible for developing RESMAN’s sustainability strategy in line with growing global expectations and requirements, mapping the company's processes, and defining roles and responsibilities. In this capacity, she is driving RESMAN’s sustainability initiatives and overseeing the company’s global quality, health, safety and environmental (QSHE) activities and management systems, qualifications, and environmental compliance. Prior to joining RESMAN in 2010, she worked in the domain of biotechnology research with different Norwegian universities. Marianne’s areas of expertise include sustainability, QHSE Management Systems, auditing, risk management, process management, Incident Investigation, compliance, and chemical management. Marianne is certified as a Quality Lead Auditor and as a Risk Manager with Norsk Sertifisering AS.
Per Gunnar Maaland
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Per Gunnar serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at RESMAN. He brings a wealth of financial expertise and a strategic vision needed to fuel the company’s growth and success in the dynamic energy sector. With a strong commitment to financial excellence, Maaland oversees RESMAN’s financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and reporting, aligning financial objectives with overall business goals to ensure sustainable and profitable operations. Maaland has extensive experience in financial strategy, and he led multiple projects aimed at fostering financial resilience and innovation. Prior to joining RESMAN in 2019, Maaland held the position of CFO at Tomax AS and various managerial positions in the corporate banking sector with DNB and SR-Bank. Maaland has a Master of Science (MSc) in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen, Norway.
Roy Greig
Senior Vice President (SVP)
Roy has 30 years of experience in the fields of technology and subsurface consultancy for the oil & gas and energy industry. In his role as Senior Vice President (SVP), Roy leads RESMAN’s strategy for growing its business and technology portfolio in line with the global energy transition needs and requirements. Prior to joining RESMAN, Roy held several senior commercial and technical management roles in Europe and internationally with major technology companies such as Baker Hughes and ION Geophysical. After specializing in Geoscience and Petrophysics, his career has centered around inventing, developing, and delivering key technologies for subsurface reservoir data acquisition and development. Roy led numerous projects where he demonstrated commercial success in technology development for new and adjacent markets and successful business turnaround for emerging technologies. He has contributed to multiple award-winning scientific papers, winning best papers and outstanding author awards. He also hosted and chaired numerous international conference sessions. Roy holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Earth Sciences from Durham University and a Finance Qualification from Harvard Business School.
Stephen Pride
Account and Strategy Director
Steve brings 45 years of experience in oil and gas in global operational, technical, and management roles. In his current role as the Global Account Director, Steve provides sales leadership and support across the global organization and is part of the corporate strategic team. Prior to joining RESMAN, Steve spent 40 years in SLB in technical roles in Wireline (technical support), Testing (Data Acquisition / Permanent Monitoring), and Completion (Intelligent Completions special projects / Permanent Monitoring/ Downhole Instrumentation / Training School Instructor). He held additional management and sales roles, overseeing Global Accounts for the Completion and Artificial Lift segments and managing a Technical Collaboration Agreement between SLB and a major operator. Steve’s areas of expertise include business development, sales strategy, implementation, downhole instrumentation and surveillance, either within Intelligent Completions or stand-alone.

Roger Hegglund
Senior Vice President (SVP), Shared Services
Roger brings over 20 years of experience in IT and energy technology domains in global operations, project management, quality control, and customer service domains. As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Shared Services, Roger oversees strategic HR and IT functions at RESMAN. Roger has been actively involved in the company’s growth for over fifteen years during his tenure with RESMAN. Prior to taking his current role, he was a part of the company's executive management team for over a decade. In his prior role, he oversaw RESMAN’s operations for ten years, leading the implementation of the ISO quality management system for product and service deliveries. He was instrumental in industrializing and automizing production and getting the company ISO certified in 2009. Prior to joining RESMAN in 2008, Roger spent a decade with a leading Norwegian technology company Q-Free ASA, delivering products and services for transportation management to a range of industries. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Telecommunication from Sør-Trøndelag College (HiST).
Olaf Huseby
Vice President, Production Domain
As the Vice President (VP) of RESMAN’s production domain, Olaf oversees and directs RESMAN’s Production Tracer service delivery, focused on providing production well insight and flow profiling. Olaf brings twenty-five years of applied science and energy industry experience and has been with RESMAN since 2019. Previously, he was a Co-founder and VP of Technology with global tracing technology leader Restrack. He held several scientific positions and headed Reservoir technology research at the Institute for Energy Technology in Norway and at the French geoscience institute (Institute du Physique du Globe) in Paris. Olaf has published more than fifty scientific papers and lectured and supervised Master and PhD students in Physics. Olaf holds a doctorate (PhD) in Reservoir Physics from the University of Oslo and a Master of Science (MSc) in Theoretical Nuclear Physics from the University of Bergen.

Board of Directors
Gunnar Hviding
Mr. Hviding has been the Chairman of the Board at RESMAN since 2015 and has also served as the company’s CEO. He is currently the CEO of Blueday Technology. Previously, he was the President and CEO of the formerly OSE-listed Roxar ASA and the CEO of the formerly OSE Merkur-listed Crudecorp ASA. Mr. Hviding also serves as Chairman of the Board for Mirmorax AS and Lervig AS, and he is a Board Member at Techouse Group AS and Zaptec ASA. His extensive experience includes senior management roles at Orkla and Hansa Borg, as well as petroleum experience with Shell Internationale Petroleum Maatschappij. Mr. Hviding holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College and an MBA from INSEAD.
Thomas Mejdell
Mr. Mejdell serves as the Managing Director of Nordic Capital and is a Board Member of Master Marine AS. Previously, Mr. Mejdell worked with Morgan Stanley in London. Mr. Mejdell holds an M.Sc. in Finance and CEMS and a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics.
Jim Nixon
Mr. Nixon has over 30 years of experience in the energy and oil and gas service industries. He currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Nixon Energy Investments, established to advise and invest in prospective medium-sized energy service companies. Before assuming his current role, Mr. Nixon was President of Sandvik Venture Business Area and a member of the group’s executive management team with Sandvik AB. He held senior management positions with Baroid Corporation and Dresser Industries. Mr. Nixon also served as President and CEO of Varel International Energy Services, leading the company to significant shareholder value expansion.
Ragnhild Skjetne Hollup
Mrs. Hollup previously served as VP of Research & Development with RESMAN. Before taking this role, during her tenure with RESMAN since 2007, she worked as a research scientist overseeing tracer system design, business development manager and chemistry and materials research team manager. Mrs. Hollup holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the Swedish Royal Institute of Technology and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University.
Kjersti Jevanord
Ms. Kjersti has over two decades of professional experience, bringing together academic and research proficiency with technical expertise in oil & gas operations. In her capacity as RESMAN’s Vice President (VP) of Reservoir domain, she oversees the effective development and deployment of cutting-edge tracer technologies for reservoir monitoring and optimization. Kjersti has worked with RESMAN since 2019 as Subsurface and Production Manager and Reservoir Technology Engineer. Previously, she was a Co-founder and the VP of Operations with Restrack. Kjersti also held several senior business and academic positions with the Norwegian Institute for Energy Technology. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Analytical Chemistry from Oslo University College and a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry from the University of Oslo. Kjersti has several professional certificates including the IFEs Leader Development program with Scandinavian Training Design and Project Management Certificate with the Nord-Trøndelag University College, among others.
Eirik Dirdal
Mr. Dirdal currently serves as RESMAN's VP, Norwegian Continental Shelf and Digital. Prior to joining RESMAN in 2021, he worked in various R&D and Sales roles with Halliburton and NOV. With two decades of experience in the energy industry, he specializes in completion and reservoir technologies designed to optimize oil recovery. His areas of expertise include product development, advanced swell technology, water treatment and injection, and fundraising for innovative technologies. His expertise also spans analysis and reporting, reservoir engineering, service quality, digital transformation of data, and various technical roles within these fields. Mr. Dirdal He holds a Master of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Stavanger, specializing in Reservoir Engineering.
