One of the key highlights of this certification is our outstanding100% response rate from employees, reflecting our commitment to transparency and inclusivity within our workplace culture. This achievement underscores the strong sense of engagement among our team members.

This certification reflects an important improvement from previous years with an overall 77% in the Trust Index™ score, showcasing our dedication to continuous growth and enhancement of our work environment. It is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team in fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture. In particular, our work environment as an emotionally and psychologically healthy place to work received high scores of over 80%.

 The survey measures the level of trust (credibility, respect, and fairness), pride, and camaraderie in the workplace. Some of the assessment criteria included:
